Carnegie honors USC President Nikias with Academic Leadership Award – grant money committed to USC Scholar Distinctions
The Carnegie Corporation of New York honored USC President C. L. Max Nikias today with its Academic Leadership Award which comes with a $500,000 grant. Nikias has pledged the grant money to undergraduate scholarships for low-income students, the USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative and the Discovery and Global Scholars distinctions.
