2024 Boren Scholarship Boren Scholarships provide funding for rigorous language study in exchange for a commitment to work in the federal government for at least one year after graduation. Thomas Martynowicz will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a minor in Social Sciences.
