USC ranks among top producers of US Fulbright students

USC has been recognized as one of the top 40 research institutions in the United States to cultivate Fulbright Student Grant recipients, according to the Fulbright Program, the U.S. government’s flagship international educational exchange program.

USC Dornsife Senior Named 2013 Marshall Scholar

USC Dornsife political science major Alexander Fullman has been awarded a Marshall Scholarship, one of the most coveted honors an American undergraduate can receive. He is planning to attend the University of Oxford next Fall to earn a master of philosophy in comparative government.

This year, seven of the 10 USC students and alumni awarded Fulbright Fellowships are from the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. They will teach English, conduct research and study in various parts of the world.

To date, 10 current and recently graduated Trojans have received the Fulbright Fellowship to study, conduct research or teach abroad. The recipients were selected on the basis of academic achievement and commitment to cultural engagement.
