The Fellowship Writing Workshop provided a brief overview of the Fulbright U.S. Student Grant and the UK Graduate Scholarships (Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell, Gates Cambridge and Churchill) application requirements. The main focus of the session was on the personal statement and project proposal components. Students heard from Academic Honors and Fellowships staff and broke out into small focus groups based on award type with faculty from the USC Writing Program. This workshop was intended for students who had already identified the type of grant and country to which they are applying.
