
Anthony Hoang
Anthony Hoang is from Memphis, Tennessee, and majoring in Intelligence and Cyber Operations with a double minor in Cultural Diplomacy and Migration Studies. He currently works as a Research Assistant for the Child Interviewing Lab at the USC Gould School of Law and as a Student Engagement Intern for the USC Career Center. He also serves as Internal Vice President for the USC Foreign Service Society and as an Intern for the Asian Pacific American Student Assembly. He is passionate about refugee and immigrant rights, policy work, and hopes to attend law school after graduating. In his free time, he loves exploring the diverse landscapes and restaurants around Los Angeles and Orange County.

Celine Bacily
Celine Bacily is from Newport, California, majoring in Intelligence and Cyber Operations with an emphasis in Law. She is passionate about shaping policy and legal frameworks that ensure emerging technologies are secure, accessible, and equitable for all users. Currently, she serves as an Intern with the U.S. Department of State, where she supports one of the department’s premier diplomatic exchange programs. On campus, Celine serves as President of USC’s Foreign Service Society and Under-Secretary-General for USC Model United Nations. In her free time, you’ll often find her practicing yoga, spending time with her sisters, and diving into a new book.

Henry Barnes
Henry Barnes is a second-year Human Biology major from Seattle, Washington, pursuing a minor in Business on the Pre-Health track at USC. He plays first trumpet in the Trojan Marching Band, is Director of Education for SC Diabetes, and serves as an analyst in the Impact Investing Group. As a research intern at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Henry investigates chronic airway infection and the interaction between phage presence and anti-microbial resistance in lung infections. In his free time, he likes to run, play guitar, golf, and spend quality time with friends and family.

Hidaya Rajput
Hidaya Rajput is a Presidential Scholar majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Human Rights. At USC, she is the Director of Operations for Blueprints For Pangea, Marketing Director for Shifa Society, and Alumni Relations Chair for the Muslim Student Union. She is interested in bridging her passions for medicine and social justice through social impact on her way to becoming a physician. She is from Orange County, CA and enjoys crocheting, baking, and going to the beach in her free time.

Lauren Riley
Lauren Riley is an International Relations and Russian major, with a minor in Human Security and Geospatial Intelligence. She attends USC on a 4-year Army Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship. She is an Executive Director of the Joint Association for Military-Associated students, Director of Standards for the Delta Phi Epsilon Foreign Service Society, Director of New Member Affairs for the Model United Nations team, and a researcher for the Everyday Respect Project between USC and LAPD. After graduation, she hopes to serve as a military intelligence officer and later as a Foreign Area officer working in embassies in Eastern Europe.

Owen Salmon
Owen Salmon is a rising junior from the Bay Area pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration. He serves as a Student Ambassador (Tour Guide) at the USC Admission Center, a Resident Assistant for first-year students, and holds leadership positions in Spark SC, USC Helenes, and Society 53. He is deeply passionate about the intersection of business and social impact and hopes to drive meaningful change in his community. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Los Angeles with friends and traveling to new places.

Patrick Done
Patrick Done is a second-year Trustee Scholar from Santa Clarita, California, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Public Policy and Cultural Diplomacy. At USC, Patrick serves as President of the Trojan Democrats and chair of the Undergraduate Student Government’s committee on Sustainability and Campus Infrastructure. He is also an ambassador for the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, a member of the Model United Nations Competition Team and a member of the USC Political Union. Patrick hopes to attend law school after graduation and advocate for fairer electoral practices in the United States and abroad. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the rich cultural diversity of Los Angeles and hiking in the San Gabriel Mountains.

Quincy Plotts
Quincy Plotts, born and raised in Los Angeles, is a finance student at the USC Marshall School of Business, pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Music Industry. She serves as President of the Trojan Investing Society, USC’s largest undergraduate finance organization. In this role, she launched a new initiative in partnership with the national organization Girls Into VC to promote career discovery and exposure to venture capital and the broader buyside. Quincy is also a member of the Marshall Case Team, representing USC in international case competitions, and works as a student assistant for both the MS Finance Program and Viterbi Graduate Recruitment. She will join the USC Investment Office as an investment analyst intern in summer 2025 and has accepted a 2026 investment banking summer analyst role with LionTree in New York. She is passionate about mentorship, inclusive leadership, and expanding access to opportunities in finance. In her free time, Quincy enjoys playing electric bass and guitar, attending concerts, and reading.

Shaleez Razavi
Shaleez Razavi is a Presidential Scholar from Marin County, California, currently pursuing a degree in International Relations. On campus, she serves as the Director of Media for the Undergraduate Student Government, mentors middle school students through Women and Youth Supporting Each Other, and leads as the Director of Professionalism for Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. Shaleez aspires to attend law school following graduation, with the goal of building a career in foreign service. Outside of her academic and leadership roles, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and practicing yoga.

Shawnell Sims-Ceballos
Shawnell Sims-Ceballos, a first-generation student from Chicago, majoring in Legal Studies and minoring in Law and Public Policy. Her life’s goal is to become a civil rights attorney and policymaker to uplift her community through social reform. She is also deeply passionate about criminal justice reform, civil and human rights, poverty reduction, and educational equity. She hopes to one day start a non-profit organization that addresses the school-to-prison pipeline and inspires the youth. Among other leadership roles, she serves as the President of the Wrongful Convictions Club at USC, where she works to address the U.S. Justice System’s most heinous miscarriages of justice and give a voice to innocent people behind bars. Outside of school, she contributes to social impact work through public service, holding know your rights clinics, and assisting in legal aid services.

Sienna Jackson
Sienna Jackson is from Cleveland, Ohio, and is pursuing a B.S. in Computational Neuroscience and B.A. in East Asian Languages and Cultures. She is a research assistant at the Bionic Ear Lab, which helps to improve the pitch and speech perception of cochlear implant users through music training. On campus, she is also a fellow at the Korean Studies Institute, and is involved with the Health Sciences Education Program, USC Synapse, World Language Ambassadors, Chinese-English Language Exchange Program, CURAM Magazine, and Student Symphonic Orchestra. Outside of class, she enjoys volunteering and mentoring others, and loves to read, swim, and do gymnastics.
